LEVELHEADBusiness Advisors

Business services

Show lenders where your business is today.

Management-accountant-grade numbers for borrowing: finance reviews, projections, business plans and credit papers. No tax and no compliance, so we work alongside your accountant.

What we do

Your accurate position today, the right add-backs, forward projections, and a debt structure that fits.

What we don’t do

Tax returns, BAS, bookkeeping, audit or financial product advice. Your accountant keeps all of that.

Why capacity is often understated

Your accounts were writtenfor the ATO, not a lender.

The profit your bank assessed is conservative by design. It carries costs that won’t recur, owner expenses that belong as add-backs, and often reflects how the business traded a year or two ago.

We identify the add-backs a credit team will accept, and use projections from current trading so the lender sees where the business is today.

Questions

Before you ask.

What does a business plan for a bank loan include?

The business, its market and management, how the funds will be used and how the loan will be repaid, tied to projections so the story and the numbers match. Ours are written from your real accounts, not a template.

How long does a cash flow forecast or credit paper take?

Forecasts and business plans usually take five business days, and credit papers three, from when we receive your information.

Will my bank accept your documents?

They are prepared the way credit teams assess a deal, and you can use them with our finance, your own banker or another broker. The lender always makes its own decision.

Do you replace my accountant?

No. We don't do tax, BAS, bookkeeping or audit. We work alongside your accountant on the numbers a lender needs to see.

Not sure which one you need?
