Questions
How much deposit do I need for a commercial property?
Many lenders lend up to around 70% of a commercial property's value, and some go higher for strong owner-occupiers or with additional security. Allow for stamp duty and costs on top.
Can my self-managed super fund buy my business premises?
An SMSF can buy commercial property and lease it to your business at market rent. We arrange the loan; whether it suits you is a question for your accountant and a licensed financial adviser.
Is it better to rent or buy my premises?
For a profitable, settled business, owning can cost about the same as renting while building equity. We compare the two on your own numbers, including the deposit and duty you would need.
